Welcome! I am Anna Grazzini, daughter of the famous “Felice”, who in 1960 opened a take away and by slice pizza place in the historical center of Lucca. He passed me down a deep passion for cooking, to which I committed my life.
From the experience gained in his pizzeria, the most ancient of the city, I became chef of the first gourmet pizzeria in Lucca. Here “Al Borgo” you can discover all the tastes of my family tradition!

“Al Borgo” is the first gourmet pizzeria in Lucca: cradle of new ideas and projects. Remembering our origins and my father’s teachings, I enhance the inspiration coming from tradition, while studying with ambition every new combination of scents and flavors.
I aim to innovation offering unexpected doughs and solutions: my pizzas can be ordered in gluten-free version.
